Who are we?

Let's start with the Tutors! Sally and Oli live full time at Chalet Pomet and have been running Season It Cookery since 2014. They have trained over 700 students!

 

Sally is the lead chef and intuitively knows how to impart her cookery tuition in a fun but methodical way that leaves you space to put your own flourish into your dishes and explore presentation techniques. Sally is passionate about food and weaves nutrition , well being and flavours throughout her menus creating dishes that constantly wow. She is an exceptional chef to learn from.

Oli is such a kind soul, and brings each group together to work as a team from the outset, so even if you've come by yourself he will immediately put you at ease and you will feel home from home.  He is a master of cookery and customer service, understanding and meeting the needs of all the guests and you will learn so many life skills from him during the course. He's also very energetic bringing a passion for all things outdoors with a true love of the mountains, the perfect chalet host. We can't forget to mention Tabata, Oli and Sallys beautiful rescue dog, she's Italian and such a softie with the biggest ears you'll ever see!
