As summer starts to draw to a close, we’ve been on what an incredible season it has been here at Season It Cookery. The kitchen has been alive with new flavours, fresh faces, and plenty of laughter. From the very first whisk of June to the last sizzle of August, our courses have been full of energy, creativity, and some truly impressive cooking (and cleaning!) skills.
This year, we welcomed some fantastic new tutors to the team. Their talent, warmth, and passion for sharing their expertise have been a joy to watch in action. Whether it’s teaching knife skills, guiding students through flavour balancing, or passing on those little insider tips that make all the difference, our tutors have brought fresh inspiration to every course.
The weather has been just as much of a treat as the food. Blue skies and warm sunshine have set the perfect backdrop for alfresco lunches, white water rafting, and those peaceful moments when the smell of something delicious drifts out of the kitchen windows. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a dish you’ve made yourself while soaking up the beauty of summer.
Our students have amazed us with not only their cooking skills but also their teamwork, tidiness, and respect for the kitchen – proof that great food and a clean workspace really do go hand in hand!
Great news for DofE Residentials
This year has brought an exciting update – the DofE residential rules have changed, and participants can now attend with friends! That means you can share the fun, learning, and unforgettable memories with people you already know, while still meeting new faces along the way.
