Designed specifically for aspiring chalet hosts, this hands-on, practical course focuses on the real skills you’ll need to thrive in a chalet kitchen. Over five intensive days, you’ll learn how to plan and deliver a full chalet-style menu – from hearty breakfasts and homemade cakes to stylish three-course dinners that wow guests every time.

But it’s not just about the food. We’ll cover everything from kitchen organisation and time management to cleaning routines and presentation tips, giving you the tools to stay calm, confident, and professional throughout your season. You’ll also gain experience working to a budget, serving groups, and managing changeovers – all under the guidance of experienced chalet chefs who’ve done it all before.
